The programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your career with support continuing post-qualification support.

**Qualifying Criteria for a Trainee Surveyor**:

- 1 year of relevant experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required) including Estate agency, domestic energy assessor, property management.

**Key Responsibilities of Trainee Surveyor**:

- Accompanying mentors in conducting property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
- Attending formal classroom sessions
- Learn to interpret survey data, analyse property information, and compile accurate reports.
- Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
