**Role**: Support Worker
**Salary**: £11.89 - £12.19 per hour

- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts.
**Your Service**
Pavilion View is our Brand New service situated in the heart of the community within Bentley. The site consists of six beautiful dormer bungalows these will provide a home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Within this role there is also the opportunity to grow your support services further with plans underway for an additional two bungalows on the site supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
