Volunteer Reablement Worker

Job Title: Volunteer Reablement Worker - Supported Accommodation

Position Overview:
As a Reablement Worker within our Supported Accommodation, you will assume a pivotal role in aiding individuals to regain independence and acclimate to daily life. Your duties will encompass providing personal care, supporting residents throughout their reablement journey, and ensuring a secure and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reablement Assistance:

- Collaborate closely with residents to formulate and implement reablement plans.
- Foster and assist individuals in recovering skills and confidence for daily living.

2. Qualifications and Requirements:

- Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification is highly desirable.
- Acquaintance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations.
- Possession of an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.

3. Commitment to Volunteering:

- Demonstrate a passion for assisting others, finding reward in contributing to people's well-being.
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 3 hours per week to volunteering.
