Cleaner New House Build

New build development cleans

Please not the applicant should have a construction Cscs card.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Removing protection and window film
- Cleaning windows

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in house cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
