**Payroll & Pensions Administrator**

**Salary**:from £20,000 depending on experience

**Birmingham or Tewkesbury**

Mushroombiz is looking for a seasoned Payroll Administrator with at least three years’ experience, to take the lead on our payroll and pensions services to a broad base of SME clients.

Currently we’re delivering payroll services to around 60 clients but the plan is to grow this dramatically and we have big ambitions around the technology and added value we will offer our clients as the business grows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Payroll Processing (including tax reports, commissions and adjustments, RTI submissions)
- Pensions administration
- Batch payroll payments
- Dealing with queries from HR services and accounts personnel within the company and/or clients
- Uploading payslips onto employee engagement platforms
- Registering clients for PAYE and Pension schemes
- Making sure the processing of all benefits, salary sacrifice, BIKs and option schemes is adequate for compliance with HMRC guidelines
- Answering queries from clients and their employees

**Required Experience**:

- Min. 3 years payroll experience
- Specific qualifications are not necessarily required, however one of the following would also be beneficial:

- MAAT or equivalent
- Certificate in Pensions Administration and Payroll Technician Certificate
- Advanced

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
