We are looking for a pro-active Services Operations Specialist to join our EMEA Operations, this role can be a remote role situated in either the UK or France. You will be supporting Exclusive Networks EMEA services team at a global level. Your scope ofservices will include training, support, professional services, managed services and any new service to be added to service portfolio.

**As the Services Operations Specialist you will**:

- Maintain and optimize services reports and tools to increase sales teams’ performance and improve management of services activity
- Manage training platforms globally and report on use, subscriptions and profitability of the platforms
- Manage, create and update services SKU lists and associated vendor pricelists, communicate to the local teams and ensure proper usage.
- Streamline and optimize the sales processes,analysing quotes, reporting on and implement strategies with sales teams.
- Support Sales/Operation enablement, support teams with sales and operation processes on a day-to-day basis, helping them navigate our tools, enabling teams to work together more efficiently.
- Monitor performance results globally and prepare reports to either local teams or head of Services Excellence.

**The ideal Services Operations Specialist will**:

- Have 2+ year experience in IT services industry (preferably with an experienced distributor)
- Have a strong background in sales operations
- Be strategic with the ability to self-motivated and work automatously and within a wider team.
- Have a strategic approach with a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative, international environment
- Ability to create good professional relationships in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience working with international teams and across geographical boundaries would be preferable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
