We are looking for an enthusiastic Optical Assistant for our Cupar branch.

The role is 3 days per week, consisting of 2 weekdays (9am - 5pm) & Saturday (9am - 3pm).

We are seeking a team-worker with top notch communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Triaging patients

- Verification / checking spectacles
- Contact lenses ordering & scheme administration
- Housekeeping
- Banking
- Recall management
- Records management
- Problem solving
- Reporting issues / concerns to coordinator
- Completing ongoing training
- Invoicing
- Stock management
