Retrofit Assessor

South Rings Energy Ltd. are looking for an experienced, domestic retrofit assessor with Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor experience to cover projects in the North Wales, North and Central England and South Scotland to join our expanding team.

**Are you an experienced Retrofit Assessor?**

**Maybe you are already working in the ECO / Help to Heat Grant arena.**

**Do you have a technical background in insulation, heating, electrical works maybe renewables - perhaps this is an interest of yours?**

**Do you enjoy meeting customers and discussing their needs?**

The role (not exhaustive):

- Producing an Energy Performance Reports for the property
- Liaising with the customer and giving them energy advice

You must:

- Be IT literate
- Have full, clean driving licence
- Be able to liaise with customers and the internal teams

Essential Requirements;
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties

Desirable;
- Registered as a DEA / Retrofit Assessor with ECMK or Elmhurst
- Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole house assessments

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (approx 40 hours and 2 Retrofit Assessments per day depending on location)

**Experience**:

- Domestic Retrofit Assessment: 1 year (desirable)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
