**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with diverse client stakeholders to understand their specific needs, provide strategic advice, and develop robust business cases for Conversational AI initiatives
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Conversational AI solutions, ensuring they meet business goals and performance criteria
- Conduct workshops to educate clients on Intelligent Automation (IA) and Conversational AI, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a collective understanding of solutions and their impact
- Offer continuous support and guidance post-implementation to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction
- Stay abreast of emerging IA technologies and contribute to the growth of Ciklum's Conversational AI capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years deploying Conversational AI Virtual Agents, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Dialogflow, LivePerson, IBM Watson, Kore.ai, Cognigy, etc
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing models. Ability to derive insights from conversational data
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, particularly in gathering and validating technical requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience in conducting end-to-end testing to ensure solutions are deployment-ready
- Strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and intelligent automation tools, such as process mining, low code/workflow automation, RPA, OCR, and Gen AI
