The role
We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our team of care superheroes at Byrnhill Grove in Ventnor This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week. The hours will be worked Sunday - Saturday between the hours of 20:00 - 08:00.
As a Care Worker (Nights), you’ll have a hands-on approach to caring for our elderly residents. You’ll be flexible to respond to their individual needs, assisting them with intimate personal care when required and ensuring their environment is safe and secure, following health and safety requirements and carrying out care plans and risk assessments.
If you don’t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we’ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings. And most of all, you’ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents’ lives

Byrnhill Grove is a residential care home in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The home cares for elderly people. It can be easily reached by public transport and is located centrally in Ventnor.
