Carpenter Marine

Carpenters perform a wide range of carpentry services/joinery tasks, primarily building high-end cabinets and furniture. Most work is interior finish carpentry, framing, etc. This position involves working with engineering drawings and blueprints to construct the interior of luxury yachts. Tough angles and curves, exotic wood species, and top-quality finishing are the norm in our joinery team.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Ability to perform a variety of carpentry projects on yacht interior and exterior
- Ability to create molds and template for final products.
- Understand woodworking process, methodology and products
- Understands various deck systems
- Has ability to operate a variety of carpentry equipment in a shop area
- Cleans tools and work area.
- Works with other technicians as needed
- Able to cooperate with other departments to accomplish project goals
- Follow defined instructions and procedures
- Can work independently
- Has tools necessary to perform job duties

**EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience working with carpentry on high end yachts
- High School Diploma
- Drivers License and good driving record
- Proper Tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,700.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
