Salary - £23,000 per annum with an additional £6,600 per annum available as a performance related bonus

**Duties/ Responsibilities**
- Manage Renewals Process: Skillfully handle the issuance of renewals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our valued brokers.
- Proactive Broker Communication: Initiate outbound calls to inform brokers about ready renewals and potential cost savings with providers.
- Collaborate with Brokers: Take a proactive approach in assisting brokers with re-running renewals to meet their specific needs.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, confidential relationships with brokers, fostering trust and loyalty to our services.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills while liaising with brokers, colleagues, underwriters, and insurers.
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Participate in broker marketing campaigns to promote our products effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of broker concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions or escalations as required.
- Exemplify Professionalism: Set high standards of professionalism within the team, showcasing initiative and a collaborative spirit.
- Product Knowledge: Undertake comprehensive learning to become an expert in the full suite of Infinity products.
- Contribute to Targets: Actively contribute to achieving department targets through proactive efforts and dedication.
- Efficient Query Handling: Confidently handle and resolve broker queries, providing accurate information and support.
- Coordinate with Underwriters: Liaise with underwriters and insurers as needed to ensure smooth processing of renewals.
- Accurate Data Entry: Maintain precise records by entering notes and data correctly and in a timely manner.
- Supportive Team Player: Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Adhere to the TCF (treating customers fairly) principles laid out by the company.
- Comply with FCA (financial conduct authority) rules and regulations.
