Lettings Administrator

Our Loughborough Road branch is looking for a committed, self-motivated, articulate, and driven Lettings Administrator to join our busy office.
We aim to offer competitive & comprehensive services in Lettings and require someone who is dynamic with ambition to succeed in the Lettings industry. We offer a relaxed but professional working environment along with in-house training.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring company standards are always met
- Assisting the property managers with assistance in dealing and resolving maintenance issues and tasks.
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to ensure maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner.
- Assisting with frequent property inspections and tenancy renewals.
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries.
Key Skills Required
- Previous Lettings experience desired (not essential)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well presented
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
The successful applicant, must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, the ability to manage their own time/diary and the competence to work with mínimal supervision.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00am
- 5:30pm and every other Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm.
**Salary**: £19,300.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- LEICESTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: One location
