This role would suit anyone looking for flexibility or who is unable to commit to a permanent position.

Our Casual Trainers play a pivotal role in the development of staff at Southampton Football Club. This role will be delivering pre-written training modules to our staff, to ensure they have the necessary skills to do their very best.

You will be delivering a variety of training sessions, delivered over ½ day or full day. You will have the opportunity to walk and talk through all training materials prior to delivery, in addition to administration time following each session.

If you’re personable, motivating and upbeat, with a real belief in the value that good training can bring to individuals and teams, while having the confidence to hold your own in a learning and feedback environment, you could be the person we’re looking for.
- Experience of delivering training sessions to adult learners.
- Experience in coaching managers/leaders.
- An understanding of management and leadership theory.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence.
- A growth mindset.

Beneficial, but not essential skills:

- PTTLS/CTTLS/DTTLS, AET/CET/DET or similar qualifications.
- Knowledge of DISC (or similar profiles).
- Experience working in a management role, being able to impart ‘lived experience’ scenarios.
