Driver Hire Leeds East are currently recruiting for a yard operative to join one of their well know clients based in the Thorpe Arch Industrial Estate. The Client provides hire equipment to mainly the highways agency.

The Wetherby depot provides tools and hire equipment ranging in size and weight. The depot has recently been improved and had a major re development earlier this year. To ensure they can maintain a safe and efficient workspace they are now looking to add an extra Yard Operative to their team. As a Yard operative you will be required to move hire equipment around the yard whilst maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

The role is split between indoor and outdoor work.

This is not a picking and packing role.

Start time: 7:30AM - Monday to Friday, ongoing work - 40 hours per week

**Requirements**:

- This position would be ideally suited to somebody who enjoys manual labour.
- You must be able to work well within a team.
- Be able to commute to Thorpe arch industrial estate
- At least 12 months experience as a Yard Operative or Warehouse Operative
- Be able to work outside, even over the cold winter months
