**Summary of the role**

As Senior Designer, you'll report to the Creative Director and support the creative aspirations of the agency. You'll take ownership of projects, working closely with the Strategy team, Art Directors, Senior Designers, Designers, Motion Designers, Copy Writers and Developers. You'll formulate ideas, and design effective solutions across brand, print and web with the confidence to present creative narratives to the client.

An ability to get under the skin of our client’s brand is essential, so you'll attend client visits and calls to discuss briefs. Working with the account teams, you'll have the confidence to challenge briefs and ideas in a constructive way to find the right creative solution.

**About you**
- You will demonstrate good ideation and conceptual skills
- Be confident working within or developing client brand guidelines
- Be, or strive to become, an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Have, or strive to have, a good understanding of Figma
- Consistently meet deadlines with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends
- Be proactive, collaborative, and self-directed
- Be confident in presenting your work to your peers and clients in a way that reinforces your understanding of design and brand
- Have 5 years relevant agency experience
- Dedicated to your own learning and development

**Team responsibilities**
- Playing an active and contributing role in agency-wide process decisions
- Contribute to documentation creation and maintenance
- Positively and proactively face challenges
- Work closely with developers, content, and strategy to improve our creative solutions and collaboration efforts
- Work with colleagues around the business to maintain and support our creative standards
