**Do you have experience supporting children with SEND needs/Care background?**

YSA Education are currently working with an all through special school in Kidderminster that provides for children with Autism and challenging behaviour between the ages of 8years to 19 years. This school prides itself on ensuring all children reach their full potential through high standards of teaching and learning. Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant would be to work alongside the class teacher, helping them to meet the differing needs of the children in the classroom. They require Teaching Assistants for both primary and secondary age groups.

**Role Requirements**:

- A nurturing individual with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work as part of team, alongside teaching staff.
- Prior experience of working with children or adults with Autism.
- Residential care experience is also welcome.

**Benefits**:

- Long-term until the academic year at the least with permanent option
- £85-110 per day
- ASAP Start

**Requirements**:

- DBS on the update service or willing to get one that is child and adult.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Knowledge of Autism/Challenging behaviour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £85.00 per day

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
