CRM Support, Sheffield, £38-40K + Bens. You must have experience as a CRM Super User or supporting CRM, ideally with some knowledge / experience of SQL. This is an opportunity to move into an Application Analyst role and receive training on Asset ManagementSoftware.
**Responsibilities**:
- 3rd Line Support and Configuration changes for existing systems
- Scope, analysis and implementation of new projects within existing or new systems
- Provides technical advice for bid (work winning), BI, Quality and Digital teams
- Part of bid teams and bid process as required
- Makes customer-oriented decisions and understands their problems quickly and fluently
- Actively works to establish a good understanding of the needs of the business to deliver a higher quality service to customers
- Innovation - helps to identify ways in which technology can be used by the business to drive efficiencies and deliver greater value for the customer Service Desk
- Business Systems team members
- Internal Bid, BI, Quality and Digital teams
- 3rd Party resources (Suppliers/Vendors)
- End users
- Demonstrates clear understanding of own targets and responsibilities
- Operational Responsibilities
- Agreed solutions are delivered within agreed timescales
- Solutions remain aligned to the technology roadmap (and exceptions are agreed)
- Up to date and clear documentation on the key processes within area of responsibility

- Clear focus on completing all activity within the performance standards agreed with the customers
Your background / skills:
- Strong knowledge of Primavera software and some SQL.
- Experience working within an ITIL framework
- Experience of identifying and embedding industry best practice into current ways of working
- Focused on achieving results

- Kaarbontech
- Noodle (Client Engagement App)
This CRM Support role is a hybrid position based in Sheffield (2 days per week) and pays c£38-40K base + bens.
