We have a rare but exciting opportunity to join our small head office support team at Willow Cottage Nurseries Ltd. and are looking for an exceptional HR Officer to maintain and uphold our high standards. This role is to provide efficient and effective HR support to employees over 3 local early years nurseries and a small head office team.

**Aims**
- To ensure that Willow Cottage Ltd. meets its obligations contractually and legally in relation to Human Resources for all employees and in liaison with external HR experts.
- To foster the well-being and retention of staff by supporting the Senior management Team and Nursery Management in matters of health and welfare.
- To carry-out all legal processes and meetings such as disciplinary, welfare, maternity rights, and flexible working requests as required. Including ensuring records and documentation are complete and accurate and maintained for all activities relating to the employee.
- To liaise with Nursery Managers, the Senior Management Team and other members of the administration team so that information regarding staff is disseminated in a confidential way and in line with data protection requirements.
- To ensure that safeguarding is always our first priority.

**Location - Positions available at**

Main office - Farmoor Court, Cumnor Rd OX2 9LU. This position would also involve attending all 3 nursery sites when required (OX5 3DH / OX29 4EH / OX29 9NS)

**Hours/Contracts Available**

Part-time - 18 hours per week
Flexible working hours over 2 or 3 days
