As the Head of Technical Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of Unipart Logistics. Your responsibilities will revolve around leading the development of technical architecture solutions to support the company's evolving business needs and technology landscape.

**As part of your key responsibilities you'll**:

- Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture solutions that align with Unipart Logistics' business objectives
- Document and handover of designs to the wider Infrastructure & Operations Team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to develop cost-effective and innovative technical architecture designs
- Ensure that technical architecture solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices while adhering to budget and timeline constraints
- Document and communicate customer and business requirements effectively to the technical architecture team
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical architecture
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the logistics industry, ensuring solutions meet legal and quality standards
- Create, oversee and ensure high standards of Infrastructure are implemented and maintained across the entire Unipart Logistics estate

**About You**
- Ability to cope with the demands of a fast-moving and ever-changing set of priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Ability to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- The right person will be detailed, highly technical, having current infrastructure experience, preferably with Cloud integration from an on-premises networks
- Experience migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS/IBM Cloud preferred)
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
