- Permanent Night Positions - Hours are 8.45pm - 8am on a 7 nights on, 7 nights off basis - Monday - Sunday.

**Responsibilities of a Health Care Professional**
- Our Health Care Professionals care for the complex day to day needs of our much loved residents within our homes.
- Assisting our residents with their personal care and social needs.
- Seeing each resident as an individual and adapting yourself to them.
- Being a friend to the residents; being there to listen to them, support them and enable them to live the life they want to live.
- Communicating with family members as well as other health care professionals.
- Maintaining dignity and respect.

Risedale Estates Ltd, established in 1987 is a family run company that has eight nursing and care homes over four sites in the Barrow in Furness area. Our mission is to provide high quality care for residents and families, placing the residents at the heart of all that we do. We have a strong focus on person centred care and the individual needs and interests of our residents. We offer a wide variety of care including general nursing and dementia nursing care, along with specialist units for behavioural support and complex care.
