Compass Life Sciences are working with a large European based pharmaceutical company, who specialise within dermatology to appoint a HEOR lead for the UK and Ireland.

As the HEOR Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic health economics and outcomes research studies, with the goal of generating robust evidence to support the value proposition of our dermatology products. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive decision-making and market access strategies, contributing significantly to the success of our client's portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery of successful Health Technology Appraisals**: Manage the full cross functional process of UK and Ireland HTA submissions from feasibility analysis through to dealing with outcomes post submission

**Evidence Generation**: Strategically generate robust Real World evidence, forward planning to generate payer evidence that further strengthens the value proposition of groups brands.
Lead the development of appropriate data dissemination plans and communicate evidence generated via publications, conference presentations, and other appropriate channels
Develop and implement innovative materials and tools for use by the field teams that demonstrate the brands value proposition.
Develop and maintain a network of key national, regional and local NHS/HSE stakeholders who influence market access.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Degree in biomedical science, business, quantitative disciplines or economics.
Formal post-graduate degree (or equivalent applied work) in health economics or a related quantitative discipline, and work experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in conducting HEOR studies within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on dermatology or related therapeutic areas.
Proven track record of successful design and implementation of HEOR studies, including RWE, PRO, economic evaluations, and CER studies.
Strong understanding of dermatology treatment landscape, including current standards of care and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex HEOR concepts to diverse audiences.
Global launch experience and global payer evidence development experience.
Experience in engaging with KOL's and external stakeholders in the dermatology field.
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and market access principles is a plus.
