**Agile Change Champion**

The Agile Change Champion will be a pivotal member of our Agile squads, working closely with the delivery function to transition deliverables into the embed and experience function. This role is responsible for ensuring the graceful release of deliverables to the user community, promoting a great user experience, and driving the adoption of automation. The Change Champion will create change plans, strategies, and metrics to measure and enhance the success of these initiatives, as well as identify and train change agents within the user community. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the Automation team and the end users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Feature Transition**: Collaborate with Delivery squads to seamlessly transition features and user stories to the end user community.
- **Conduct monthly service reviews**, including incidents related to bug releases and user happiness score.
- **Owns End User experience**: Act as the primary point of contact for end users, put themselves into the user's perspective. Addressing their concerns and gathering feedback.
- **Capture the voice of the customer**: Prioritize the user community's needs and expectations, ensuring the deliverables meet user requirements and deliver a positive user experience. and ensuring their needs are effectively communicated back to the development team.
- **Change Planning**: Develop comprehensive change plans and strategies for the adoption of automation work within the organisation.
- **Change adoption metrics**: Define and establish adoption metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of automation initiatives. Work with PO to ensure impacted users are equipped to provide the necessary data to measure change, ensuring KPIs are communicated to impacted user groups.
- **Change Agents**: Identify and train Change Agents within the user community to advocate for automation and user-centric approaches.
- **Build user relationships**: Maintain clear and open communication channels with Delivery squads, stakeholders, and the user community, keeping them informed about changes and progress.
- **Positive change Environment**: create an atmosphere that reassures, encourages and motivates those who have to adopt new ways of working or features.
- **Release Coordination**: Work with the PO, Tech Lead, Scrum Masters, Change influencers and Stakeholders in release planning sessions. Ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- **Lead Communication Strategy** - working with the Product Owner and change agents, develop and execute a change plan which covers key messages, benefits, and updates.

- Accustomed to working in/with a software development team
