Room Leader

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff members
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events or outings for the children
- Provide guidance and support to nursery staff members

Qualifications:

- Level 3 childcare qualification or above
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Salary**: £16,555.50-£22,269.00 per year
