Site Cleaner/handyman

**Position: Site Cleaner / Handyman**

**Salary**: Up to £13.50

**Location**: Initially Cranleigh but will be between sites in the future

**NO WEEKENDS**

**Holidays**: 28 Days per annum (Includes bank holidays)

**Are you a clean freak with a dab hand for fixing things?**

**We at CCM are looking for someone to be responsible for keeping our sites looking their absolute best.**

**The ideal person**:

- Will have a background in building or decorating or a trade that was manual e.g.. air con installer/ boiler engineer / plant fitter.
- Will be someone who actually values things pleasing to the eye and finds joy in making things look neat and tidy

**Our technicians are the best at what they do which means we end up with very busy days. They need that extra support to keep their environment clean and tidy on a daily basis. We Would need this person to also have a keen eye for fixing and assisting with building projects.**

**Initially you will be based at our Ewhurst site while renovations take place; assisting with the clean ups, maintenance, and handy work.**

**About YOU**:

- Experience with fixing/maintenance/repairs
- Previous experience cleaning or enjoys cleaning
- Positive attitude - No job is too big
- Keen to help out where possible
- Reliable

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Initially you will be based at our Ehurst site while renovations take place; assisting with the clean ups, maintenance, and handy work
- Once renovation is complete you will be required to be based at each site throughout the week.
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of Garages
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and groundwork.
- Install products and equipment.
- Basic painting, decorating, and cleaning.
- Respond to requests in a professional manner.
- Conduct assessments and identify problems.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £13.50 per hour
