Temporary Pricing Specialist

**Overview**:
Our client is looking for a Temporary Pricing Specialist to assist the company with relevant IT and pricing issues for 2 - 4 weeks. The right person for this job should be highly skilled in excel and all-round IT knowledge.

**Job specification**:

- Raising IT tickets on an IT portal - Intact IQ
- Liaising with staff across the whole company and taking notes of their issue and raising tickets with the relevant IT department
- Investigation of issues and errors on the CRM Software intact IQ
- Product and pricing queries investigation - liaising with all suppliers
- Managing excel price lists - getting it to a suitable stage of being uploaded onto the system
- Using Vlooks-up and complex formulas in excel to get the pricing to reflect correct discounts
- Working across multi-currency price lists
- Uploading price lists onto the CRM software Intact IQ
- Managing set up or product making sure correct discounts / mark up applied
- Support with new version software update

- Great excel and IT knowledge
- Self-Starter
- Confident yet not afraid to ask questions
