**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Operations and Maintenance Apprenticeship Programme. This programme offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in renewables while gaining hands on experience and industry recognised qualifications. The programme offers you the opportunity via day release at Colegsirgar in Llanelli to achieve up to an HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

During your training, you will work in various teams where you will become familiar with all our current technologies, which include hydro power, wind, solar, grid stabilisation such as rotating stabilisers and batteries.

This includes, among other things, the maintenance / troubleshooting of:

- Pumps, valves, pipelines and other mechanical components
- Measuring equipment (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.)
- Control and regulation technology
- Power plant control technology
- Low and high voltage systems
- In addition, we will teach you the basics of the necessary IT systems such as MS Office and ERP systems.
- Civil structures
- Control Room

**Qualifications**:

- You’ll need grades A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and either English / Welsh or Physics
- You must have a desire to learn
- You must be comfortable operating at heights
- You must have a driving licence to get to and around the site
- You must be handy, careful and accurate
- You are motivated, reliable and a team player
