Chimera Climbing are looking for a junior climbing coach / centre staff member who is passionate about providing quality teaching and customer service to climbers of all ages. This role involves teaching our kids' clubs, birthday parties, private sessions as well as working on the front desk. We at Chimera pride ourselves on giving the best possible teaching experience for each climber and personalising our coaching to the needs of our customers, along with giving exceptional customer service to everyone who enters.

This role is for a zero-hour contract with the potential for further career progression.
A passion for climbing
A strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks

Responsibilities and duties:

The delivery of climbing instruction to a variety of age groups and session types
Working both on the mats teaching and on reception as centre staff
Being responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of all climbers
Enforcing Centre rules

Desirable experience and qualifications:

Previous customer service experience
Previous coaching experience
