Job Title: Estimator

Location: Grays, Essex

**Salary**: £55,000-£70,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client based in Grays, Essex. As a contractor mainly in the rail and transport sectors, working on floors, walls, and roofing, we require an individual who can handle the following roles and responsibilities:

- Preparing tender and contract documents, including take offs and preparing BOQs
- Proposing suitable specifications and alternative value engineering specifications
- Issuing quotations and liaising with clients
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of floors, walls, and roofing
- Familiarity with the rail and transport sectors
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
