**About us**

'The 'Redshank' is a mobile, seafood catering trailer based in the Highlands capital of Inverness offering a 'street food' approach to freshly cooked, locally sourced seafood & produce.

We are expanding and we are looking for someone to join our team who can work during the week, weekends and events. We are looking for an all-rounder who is happy to get stuck in with serving and dealing with customers face to face. They must have good communication skills and a positive approach.

The position would suit a trustworthy and hard-working person that enjoys the busy environment of street food catering, production and events.

We are flexible with any days off and genuinely want our staff to have a good work life balance but do require flexibility due to our changeable schedule.

No experience necessary but would be helpful.

We are a LIVING wage employer

Wage: from £12.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
