Swift are a growing firm of Tree surgeons based in Poynton, Cheshire. We are currently looking for a Business Administrator to help manage our busy back office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your role in a flexible, friendly environment.

The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Xero bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Taking calls and rescheduling appointments
- Managing the CRM system
- Managing Social Media, posting and scheduling posts for maximum impact.
- Payroll - liaising with accountants
- NEST pension management
- Obtaining annual insurance quotes
- Fleet Management, arranging tax and servicing etc.
- Chasing up outstanding invoices
- General office administration

**Essential skills and experience**
- Excellent MS Office skills and adept at learning new systems.
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of using Xero, especially around reconciling invoices and general bookkeeping.
- Experience of managing customer data on a CRM system.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Social media savvy with an interest in learning how to most effectively grow a Business account.
- Experience of using NEST or other pension provider, loading contributions and managing starters and leavers

This is a flexible opportunity where you could work flexibly from home following the induction period. Although the role does need to be 5 days a week, we are flexible on start and finish times (within general office hours).
