**The job at a glance**

We are seeking a result orientated Campaigns Lead to join our growing marketing team to manage the development and delivery of digital and direct marketing campaigns to drive sales in existing and new network areas. Managing a small team, the Campaigns Lead will be responsible for the effective delivery of campaigns as part of the overall Marketing Plan driving customer growth and retention in existing networks, and in addition, launch plans in evolving build areas.

**What you'll do**
- Utilise brand assets to deliver effective and timely campaigns both digital and offline.
- Project manage the delivery of multiple multichannel campaigns in both existing and new network areas.
- Lead and manage suppliers and agencies on campaigns and manage performance reviews
- Work with Community managers on localised events
- Interpret analytical reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and find efficiencies for future improvements.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with the Marketing Director and CCO on creative campaign planning
- Management and development of two direct reports (Digital Specialist and Direct Marketing Specialist)

**What you'll bring**

This role requires a confident adaptable professional with strong commercial awareness and experience of B2C sales to own campaign delivery and drive tangible outcomes.
- Experience of managing both On and Offline marketing Campaigns in a B2C service environment.
- Good understanding of the media advertising landscape.
- Project Management expertise to deliver multiple campaigns.
- People Management skills - experience of managing a small team and developing skills of others to meet department and business needs.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience of B2C sales driving tangible outcomes.
- Analytical Mindset - able to effectively assess campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Numerate - Able to manage specific campaign budgets and drive best value for money.
