Head Barista/supervisor

We're a small coffee shop in New Brighton, with big ambitions We open 7 days a week, serving brunch & coffee; and then on Fri & Sat evenings, when we get the woodfired oven going and serve pizzas.

We're looking for a Head Barista / Supervisor to come and join our team. You'll be going between working day time hours, developing our coffee offering, and helping with our evening service on Fridays or Saturdays.

35-40 hours.

£11.50 to start, with an increase after a trial period of 3 months.

Barista experience and confidence on an espresso machine will be essential. Bar experience will be preferable. Roles will include menu development, training, and supporting the management position in their absence.
