**The Vacancy**
**About the role and the team**
We are currently recruiting for two (2) certified **Family Mediators **to play a leading role in the implementation and delivery of our new Early Intervention and Mediation service in Lambeth, London.
You will be a skilled and experienced family mediator who can deliver a high-quality and specialised mediation service to young people, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes that prevent youth homelessness.
Salary offered will be dependant on level of qualification and will rise to £34,907 once level 5 accreditation is achieved.

This job will be known internally as Mediation Worker.
**About you**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Hold the level 5 interpersonal mediation practitioners’ qualification or willing and committed to achieving this.
- Significant experience working as a family mediation practitioner and delivering family mediation interventions with young people and families in crisis.
- A good understanding of issues relating to youth homelessness
- Experience of working independently and managing a busy caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
