**Working Flexibly**

**What will you be doing?**:

- Managing large projects with multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Organizing project delivery cadence and running effective discussions in collaboration with senior leadership and project teams
- Coordinating overall project documentation across all bank functions, including requirements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reports, and the like
- Defining, creating, and updating project plans, while tracking upcoming deliverables and ensuring completion of project milestones and tasks
- Performing daily administrative tasks, including time management, training and other duties as required
- Ensuring projects are completed according to time and budget, conforming to the line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements, and client’s needs
- Spearheading, managing, and supporting a team of project managers - virtual and physical

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to manage and influence resources to deliver to intended outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Experience in directing complex programs/initiatives, involving multiple business/operations/technology workstreams
- Capability to develop project plans and manage individual and team deadlines and goals
- Involvement in delivering high-profile regulatory programs

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Ability to effectively and enthusiastically spearhead through ambiguity
- Capability to develop and deploy project metrics
- PMP/PMI certification, LEAN, or Six Sigma is a plus

**Where will you be working?**
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
