Workshop Foreman/woman

We are currently looking for Workshop Foreman/Woman to be based at our Bromsgrove depot and join our established enginerring team.

**Requirements**:
To be successful within the role of Workshop Foreman, you will previously have worked within the powered access industry in positions such as a Foreman, General Foreman, Senior Engineer, Charge Hand or Leading Hand

**Duties**:
Management of the maintenance on a Mixed fleet of powered access equipment. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Ensure that a high level of fleet availability at all times.

Be responsible maintaining the highest level of
engineering standards

Provide Technical support and advice to engineering
personnel within the maintenance team

To maintain a good and efficient line of communication
with the hire office And more..
