- The post holder will be required to complete initial assessments to assess substance and alcohol use and mental health, they will be required to hold a caseload and deliver age appropriate psycho educational 1:1 intervention which could include awareness information around alcohol/cannabis/other relevant substances/ motivation to change/ relapse prevention/ harm reduction. _
**Job Title**:Recovery Practitioner
**Location**: Thurrock
**Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday 9-5
**Type of Contract**:12 weeks with a view to extend Weekly Rate: £675-£750 per week (LTD)
