Interaction Recruitment have teamed up with a well-established injection company who are looking to take on experienced toolmakers to start immediately on a range of shift patterns.
**Early shift, Day shift and Late shift available**
The Role:

- To programme set and run CNC milling machines to produce tooling components
- To be fully conversant with CNC mills and 3D CADCAM.
- To be able to use the overhead crane safely.
- To work the required hours when needed to ensure production demands are met.
- Undertake any other duties as necessary to fulfil the needs of the job and its objective as and when requested by the Tool Room Manager / Supervisor.
- To help train apprentices / improvers
- To work on any of the production sites as and when required.
- Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of your ability and in pursuance of the company objectives.
- Have previous experience working in a similar field
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Ability to work engineering drawings
- A good understanding of working with Plastics, Steel, Copper or Aluminium
- Ability to use Once CNC Programming (Advantageous)
- Able to quality check own parts
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved
- Team player with a can-do attitude
