**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Purchase ledger expenses
- Purchase Orders
- Monitoring Accounts inbox
- Reissuing invoices
- Accounts queries
- Paying staff expenses
- Covering any holiday and sickness absence
- Ad hoc: Office Manager duties eg ordering stationary, booking hotel rooms (infrequent), buying food/ drink for the office

Note, this role is a part-time role, (22.5 hours a week), working Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Friday you will be working from home.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible team player, with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong administration skills

**Benefits include**:

- £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience (this would be pro-rated to 22.5 hours a week)

- Government Events:_ Specialists in delivering leading, information-led public sector conferences and events and we deliver events at the forefront of Government policy. We delivered over 200 online virtual conferences in 2020-2021 and have been recognised for our award winning 2020 online conference programmes.
- MyPD: _Executive Education division that provides courses, lasting between three and five days, for managers and leaders in a range of areas, they are both in an online and in-person format. We are a Registered Centre of the Chartered Management Institute which means we can offer their globally recognised management qualifications alongside our training. - GovPD: _Provides one day online, or in-person in-house training to the public sector to develop careers and drive organisational change, mainly focused around 'soft' skills training, for example, emotional intelligence and women in leadership.
