**About the role**:

- As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will supervise individuals and groups of children.
- You will guide and support assigned pupils in achieving their learning targets.
- Approaching situations in a patient yet caring manner.
- You will be required to show dedication and consistency, as building, and maintaining positive relationships is vital.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant you will:

- For this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role, it is important that you meet the school’s values of inclusivity and removing barriers to learning.
- Able to work as part of a team and support the ethos of the schools.
- An understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education and responsibilities for Safeguarding.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
