We’re looking for one or two remarkable consultants to help us take the next step on our journey.

Strategically sound and tactically accomplished, our consulting approach at Emblaze is hands-on - we’re looking for people who break the mould of traditional account team structures, care deeply about their clients and have the multi-level skillset and experience to take complete accountability for clients and their projects.

You might be a junior looking to make your next move or a seasoned pro with ambitions to shape the future of our proposition. Either way, you’ll need to be an all-rounder - grounded in employee communication best practice, loaded with tactical skills, and have a commercial mindset.

Agency experience and knowledge of our key markets would be a bonus, but nothing we couldn’t work around for the right people.

**Salary guide**

We’re looking for the right people and are happy to have a fair and open discussion around salary based on experience and job level. As an indication, we’ve provided the following ranges below:

- Junior: £20k - £25k
- Mid - Senior: £30k - £50k

**Location**

The role is primarily remote, meaning that your normal place of work will be your home address; however, there will be an expectation to commute into central London for a maximum of one day per week. With this in mind, we’re looking for people who are within a 90 minute commute of London.

National (frequent) and international (less frequent) travel to other meetings will be a key part of the role; however, any additional travel expenses incurred outside of the above will be covered by the company.

**What’s the role?**

Our consultants sit at the heart of our client relationships - accountable for all aspects of the client experience and involved in everything from strategic direction and client growth to tactical delivery and project management.

We’re now looking for one or two remarkable consultants to help us shape our consulting team for the future. And we’re open to the level of the person (or people) we bring in: you might be a junior looking to make your next move or a seasoned pro with ambitions to influence the future of our proposition.

We’re not after account managers or project coordinators; instead, we’re looking for people who have the ability and experience to be hands-on at every stage. So you’ll need to be an all-rounder - grounded in employee communication best practice, loaded with tactical skills, and have a commercial mindset that balances exceptional work with profitability.

Every day will be different - client meetings, copywriting, working with creatives, facilitating workshops, pitching to prospects, running focus groups, developing project plans, analysing data, financial management, and creating strategic frameworks - that’s just a snapshot. You’ll need to be proactive, inquisitive, commercially minded, creative and enterprising.
