Playdale is now looking for a new HR Advisor to provide:

- **Recruitment & Selection**:

- Provide support for the whole recruitment cycle. Working closely with Line Managers to identify appropriate recruitment strategies and providing support throughout the process.
- **HR Support**:

- Provide front-line HR support for employee queries, as well as coordinating disciplinary, absence management, grievance, and performance management meetings in line with company policy. Delivery of the HR element of the induction process and ensure that all employees undertake a full employee induction. Support payroll where required.
- **Training coordination and compliance support**:

- Ensure all H&S-related training is conducted on time and documented on the site training matrix and records kept. Maintain HSE Action Plan and chase actions. Compile information and maintain H&S training standards on site. Assist with the prevention of accidents by raising safety awareness on site. Work with the line managers to complete accident reporting and investigations.

**About you**
- Experience of providing accurate advice to employees and managers on HR and employment related matters
- Excellent communication skills, including producing clear and concise reports when required, communication letters to staff and any communications to external HR experts
- Exceptional organisational skills, being able to manage your workday efficiently and complete tasks on time, especially in relation to compliance work.
- Employee relations experience, including management of sickness absence, disciplinary procedures and grievances with support of external HR expertise for complex cases.
- Experience of managing and developing HR Systems or initiatives on time and within budget.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
