**LOCATION**:Guildford and Farnham with flexible working from home.

**CONTRACT TYPE**:Full Time

**SALARY RANGE**:£20,000 - £24,000

**HOUR PER WEEK**:35 hours per week - Monday-Friday with frequent weekend work where time off in lieu is given.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -**

Challengers is searching for someone who would like to join an exciting team of committed and passionate individuals working together to raise the profile of Challengers and maximise funding in support of play and leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people.

The purpose of the role is to support the existing Community & Events team by engaging the community with Challengers’ work, supporting event participants with their fundraising, and assisting with the delivery of Challengers’ own events. This varied and dynamic role will provide both administrative support to our diverse fundraising activities throughout the year, as well as ‘hands on’ support at events. The focus of this role, and of the Community & Events team, is to raise funds, raise awareness and raise the profile of the organisation, through presenting the charity in the best light when out in the community.

- Confidence in speaking to different people and being out in the community
- Ability to work flexibly and dynamically on a diverse range of projects
