Repair Network Operations Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Network Operations Manager to work for a nationwide company.
Ideally the role would be suited to someone who has experience of working with the repairs industry maybe as an insurer, body shop or previously as a Network Operations Manager
The position will be based working from home with 2/3 days per week visiting repairers across the North of England.
Base salary £40k
+ Bonus (£7k)
+ Car Allowance (£6k)
The Network Operations Manager will manage the North East and North West region of repairers
The Key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for delivery of assigned client SLA's.
- Daily responsibility for the performance of repairers within an assigned area.
- Onboarding network repairers as required to provide optimal coverage and repair capacity.
- Managing operational performance of repairers across the Network Operations Team.
- Ensuring repairers complete all data requirements
- Ensuring repairers meet all compliance and documentation.
- Develop and initiate strategies to improve repairer performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers.
- Attend meetings and provide positive input into client review meetings and client liaison.
- Enhance the business profile with repairers inside and outside the repair network.
- Manage and assist in customer complaint resolution.

Ideally the Network Operations Manager will have the following skills and attributes
- Experienced working within a similar role.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to find solutions with data.
- Ability to plan, manage and work on own initiative.
- Background in collision repair sector.
- Knowledge of collision repair process and methods.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to exceed targets on a consistent basis.
- be a good problem solver, able to react effectively to scenarios in a pressured environment.
- Ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
- Good IT skills (Minimum Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
