**Project Description**:
The applicant is expected to learn the following tasks to successfully complete the project:

- Understand the advantages and disadvantages of LEO and GEO - Be able to configure and test a multi-orbit solutions (GEO+LEO)
- Understand how SD-WAN solution work. - Understand how IoT works via the satellites
- Spend one week in Fuchsstadt, Germany meeting teleport staff and potential customers
- Prepare a presentation/script for the demonstrations

In addition, the student will learn the basics of link budget analysis on Geosynchronous Orbit (GEO) satellites and understand the future Innovations Intelsat is developing.

Academic: Undergraduate student

Minimum requirements: Knowledge of telecommunication and a curious mind Desirable requirements: Knowledge of satellite communications

**Preferred Additional Requirements**:Undergraduate student - Preference for degree path in Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Physics, Aerospace
