**The Job**
This successful Primary SEN School is seeking to appoint an excellent and experienced SEN Teacher for a long term post starting in January. The role will be for the academic year with the potential for a permanent contract on or before September.
You will teach a class of students in Key Stage 1 with various needs including Autism and SLD. The school benefits from excellent staffing ratios, small class sizes and a highly personalised approach to learning. The class consists of no more than 7 pupilswith needs are complex and you will have the full-time support of 2 skilled Teaching Assistants. Many of the students are non-verbal so alternative communication systems are used such as PECs. You will deliver a highly adapted curriculum, sensory based, todevelop students basic skills in Maths and English and Fine Motor Skills.

**The Ideal Applicant**
Due to this complexity and challenge the school are seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner who has at least 2 years recent experience teaching in a similar environment in the UK delivering to children with the same needs and challenges.
