About the role..

The SEND Service supports the assessment, monitoring and review of children with special educational needs and disabilities.

You will be responsible as an Annual Review Officer for providing efficient and effective administration for the SEND Team including offering appropriate support and guidance to parents, schools, and other professionals. This will include overseeing the annual review process to ensure effective and timely delivery of the amended EHC Plans.

This role arises following the promotion of the existing postholder. The post is based at the Civic Centre, Gateshead. After an initial induction period, the post will operate on a hybrid basis, offering some opportunity for home working.
