We are recruiting for a Band 4 Coordinator for our Interim Team at University Hospitals Dorset.

Our highly regarded team is an early supported discharge service based over two sites: Bournemouth Hospital and Christchurch Hospital. We support patients home who require additional support to regain and optimise their independence. We are a therapy-led service and our team compromises of coordinators, Community Therapy Assistants, OTs, Nurses and a physiotherapist. We have one other band 4 Co-ordinator on our team and there are 2 other band 3 co-ordinators.

The post will involve meeting patients to explain our service supervising other co-ordinators, completing inductions and attending service improvement meetings.

Part time hours 15 hrs/per week (7.5 hrs over 2 days or 5 hours over 3 days). May include weekend working.
