We are seeking a motivated Creative Marketing Assistant to join our small, friendly marketing team.

This varied role is a real career kick-starter, supporting the Head of PR & Marketing with a broad range of activities across the marketing mix, with an initial emphasis on artworking and creative outputs. You’ll get to work closely with some of the best in the hospitality business, showcasing and upholding their unparalleled standards - and you’ll get to taste some spectacular food as well

This is a hybrid/remote role with part-time / flexible hours considered - though you'll need to be within an easy commute of Newbury, and there will be occasional travel to other sites so a current drivers license is essential.

**Duties**
- Simple artworking; producing print-ready artwork as directed for adverts, menus, business cards, brochures and other marketing collateral as required. Image sizing and manipulation, creation of various digital assets as required.
- Website management; updates across the estate - copy edits, menu revisions, image updates, promotional pages and popups - being the first point of support for restaurant teams
- Reviewing and updating listings and guides for each property
- Other marketing support tasks as required
- Support Social Media Manager as required

**Essential**
- An eye for layout - this will be assessed at interview
- Detail orientation, spelling and grammar - this will also be assessed at interview
- Willingness to take direction and learn
- Smart appearance and a polite and approachable manner
- Computer literacy / MS Office
- An appreciation of high-end hospitality

**Useful but not essential - training given**:

- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience of Mailchimp or similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
