Scaffold Labourer

Responsibilities:

- Build and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety guidelines and project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding components for defects or damage before use
- Erect scaffolding systems to provide safe access for workers in various construction trades
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding is properly positioned and secured
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine the layout and design of scaffolding structures
- Perform maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Scaffold Labourer or in a related construction role is preferred
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to scaffolding construction
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Current Driving Licence required

Subcontract and permanent options are available and negotiable

**Salary**: £80.00-£100.00 per day
